Roaster's Notes: This Ethiopian Coffee is very exciting. It is very fruity and a little floral. It is tea-like, and juicy on the finish.
Did you know? Based on the variety of the coffee, and the elevation it is grown, these coffee beans can be extremely small. This primarily takes place because of the higher elevation. There is less oxygen at higher elevations, therefore the beans take longer to grow, and they tend to not grow as big as other beans.
