Analog Version (Leva S)
This version uses traditional dial or needle gauges (analog) to show you key metrics like brew pressure and perhaps boiler temperature. It retains a more classic, manual appearance. Users can see the gauges, control the lever, and rely on your feel for timing and pressure changes. The analog design appeals if you want a highly manual, mechanical experience without extensive digital feedback.
Digital Version (Leva X)
The Leva X steps up by including a full graphical/digital display for each group head. With this you get real-time visualization of the entire shot: pre-infusion pressure, extraction pressure over time, the duration of the shot, and after the shot finishes you can see the pressure curve as a graph.
